The Paris-based carrier announced it will launch its thrice-weekly service between Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport and Manila starting December 7. Air France will use its Airbus A350-900 aircraft with 324 seats – 34 Business, 24 Premium, 266 Economy.
According to Air France, the outbound flight – AF208 – will depart Paris at 1120H every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday and arrive in Manila the following evening. The return flight – AF209 – will depart Manila for Paris at 2150H and arrive the following morning.
Air France will return to Manila after an absence of around twenty years, as it re-establishes the direct air link from the capital of France and the Philippine capital. The Paris-Manila route is the fifth new route announced by Air France for the winter season (October 2024-March 2025) which includes Salvador de Bahia, Brazil (October 28), Kilamanjaro, Tanzania (November 18), Male (December 20), and Kiruna, Sweden (December 21).
The new service by Air France will be an addition to KLM's four-times weekly service to/from Amsterdam-Schipol. Combined, Air France/KLM will offer daily flights to the two European cities from Manila.
