From January 16, 2025, Air India will deploy its retrofitted Airbus A320neo on all flights between Delhi and Bangkok. Customers will have three cabin classes to chose on the route – Business, Premium Economy, and Economy – and will be able to enjoy Air India's wireless inflight entertainment (IFE) service Vista Stream.

Ahead of the deployment of the A320neo to Bangkok, a fourth daily flight on the route will be added from January 1, 2025. According to Air India, the new service will provide “evenly spaced departures” to the Thai capital city throughout the day for connections on its network via Delhi.

Air India will also deploy A321neo and Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft formerly with Vistara on flights from Delhi and Mumbai to Frankfurt and Singapore. The flights to Frankfurt from Delhi and Mumbai will now use the 787-9 aircraft. Both aircraft feature fully flat Business Class seats and Premium Economy, HD IFE screens, and internet connectivity.

From January 1, 2025, one daily flight between Delhi and Singapore will be operated with the 787 and twice daily on the A321neo. The Mumbai-Singapore route will also see the use of A321neo aircraft on the twice-daily services from the same day.

Optimized flight schedules for Frankfurt, Paris, Sydney, and Melbourne flights

To enable connections between Europe and Australia, and other points via Delhi, Air India will now offer both daytime and nighttime departures on each route both ways on the Delhi-Frankfurt and Delhi-Paris routes effective February 1, 2025. The daily flights on the Delhi-Sydney and Delhi-Melbourne routes has also been re-timed.
