The Malaysia-based budget carrier announced it will launch two routes to Ningbo in August offering a total of six weekly flights to the city in China's Zhejiang province
The first route – a three-times weekly service from Kuala Lumpur – will start on August 1. A separate three-times weekly service from Kota Kinabalu will start the following day – August 2.
Ningbo will be the AirAsia Group's 17th destination in China, which according to the carrier will make it the largest foreign airline operating in the country.
