Summary

Travelers arriving in Cambodia will be required to submit an e-Arrival Card before arrival in the country from July 1.

Travelers arriving in Cambodia will be required to submit an e-Arrival Card before arrival in the country from July 1.

As part of efforts to strealine and enhance the arrival process into Cambodia, travelers – tourists, citizens, and foreign residents – will be required to complete the online application – available via https://www.arrival.gov.kh/ or mobile app - within seven days before arrival.

In the Frequently asked questions sections on the e-Arrival Card website, Cambodian immigration officials stated there is no charges for registration saying “it is completely free for all travelers to fill in the e-Arrival Card by the official website or mobile application.”

Previously launched in January 1, the online application will replace paper forms which have been accepted. The paper forms will still be accepted until June 30.

Through the e-Arrival Card, travelers will be able to complete their immigration, customs, and health declaration. To complete the form, travelers will need to take a photo and upload their passport information. A QR code will be generated that can be submitted to immigration officers. Tablets will be provided at immigration for those who have not completed the online form prior to their flight.
