Greater Bay Airlines to launch flights to Yonago, Japan

After operating charter flights, Hong Kong-based Greater Bay Airlines (GBA) announced will launch regularly scheduled passenger flights to Yonago, Japan.


From October 27, GBA will operate three weekly flights between Hong Kong and Yonago Kitaro Airport – located in Japan's western Tottori Prefecture – using its Boeing 737-800 aircraft.


Yonago will be GBA's third destination in Japan, and eighth overall. In Japan, the airline currently operates flights to Tokyo (Narita) and Osaka (Kansai).


GBA will be the lone airline operating flights from Hong Kong to Yonago. The route will be the third international route from Yonago, which has flights to Seoul (Incheon)and Tokyo (Haneda). Hong Kong Airlines has also previously operated charter flights on the route.
