Due to the impact of engine inspections of its A321 aircraft, Philippine Airlines is cancelling select flights to/from Japan.


In the latest update to its Japan Summer Timetable (March 25, 2025), Philippine Airlines reported it will cancel a total of 47 return flights from the Philippines to Japan between June through October. The cancellations will affect flights between Manila and Tokyo (Haneda/Narita), Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka.


The following round-trip flights between the Philippines and Japan will be cancelled:


PR432/PR431 (Manila-Tokyo Narita) – September 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 25/October 1, 8,15

PR424/PR423 (Manila-Tokyo Haneda) – September 2, 9, 16/October 1, 6, 8

PR438/PR437 (Manila-Nagoya) – June 4, 11, 18, 25/July 4, 11,18,24/September 2,9,11,16,18/October 2

PR408/PR407 (Manila-Osaka Kansai) – September 3, 10,17

PR426/PR425 (Manila-Fukuoka) – June 5, 12,19,26/July 1,8, 15,22/September 3,5,10,12,19/October 8
