STARLUX is expanding its presence in the United States with a new route to Ontario, California.
From June 2, the Taipei, Taiwan-based airline will operate four weekly flights (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday) between Taipei-Taoyuan International Airport and Ontario. Airbus A350-900 aircraft with 306 seats – 4 First, 26 Business, and 240 Economy – will be used on the new route.
According to STARLUX, the new route will offer convenient connections at its hub in Taipei to destinations in East and Southeast Asia including Vietnam, the Philippines, and Hong Kong.
Located approximately 56 kilometers east of downtown Los Angeles, Ontario International Airport currently serves flights operating within the continental US and Hawaii along with international flight services to Mexico, Central America, and Taiwan.
STARLUX will be the second airline operating flights from Ontario to Taipei. China Airlines operates daily flights between the two cities.
Ontario will be STARLUX's fourth destination in the US, where it currently operates flights to Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle.
