TransNusa is expanding its international network with its first destination in Australia – Perth – from Denpasar (Bali).

The Indonesia-based airline will launch its new thrice-weekly service (Monday, Thursday, Saturday) between Denpasar and Perth – the capital of Western Australia – starting March 20, 2025. Airbus A320 aircraft with 174 seats will be used on the new route.

“This new route is not only an important breakthrough for TransNusa, but also opens up great opportunities to strengthen the relationship between Indonesia and Australia while driving dynamic growth in the tourism and economy sectors of both countries,” the airline said in a statement. “The opening of this route is expected to be a catalyst for increased tourist traffic between the two countries.”

With the addition of Perth, TransNusa's network will cover five international destinations. The airline currently operates flights to Kuala Lumpur (Kuala Lumpur International Airport/Subang), Johor Bahru, Guangzhou, and Singapore.
