Virgin Atlantic has announced it plans to launch direct flights to Seoul, South Korea next year.
The London, United Kingdom-based airline announced that it will start daily flights between London-Heathrow and Seoul-Incheon from March 29, 2026. Using Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, with the outbound Heathrow-Incheon flight – VS208 – that will depart at 0945H and arrive 0605H the following morning. The return flight – VS209 – will deaprt 0835H and arrive at 1505H.
Through Virgin Atlantic's codeshare agreements with Korean Air, customers can connect to other destinations within South Korea and cities in Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, and Hong Kong.
Between London and Seoul, South Korea's two airlines – Korean Air and Asiana – operate daily flights each on the route serving Incheon and Heathrow Airport.
